Automator workflow to compress and email movies
Here is an Automator workflow that I use to email videos to Posterous. The size savings are pretty astounding. A 78 MB 720p iPhone video compressed to just 7.6 MB. Save as an application. Place it in your dock. Drag videos to it from any app and the workflow will open Mail.app and attach the video, ready to send.

I am an Apple enthusiast.
At my day job, I use my Mac as a workflow hub to develop for and administer UNIX systems and applications.
I wrote TipSaver for iPhone. I wrote FolderOrg for Mac OS X. I added libgenders to iTerm to help me with my day job.
